- pound link sausage
- 6 eggs
- 10 ounces canned corn
- 1 cup rice cooked
- 12 flour tortillas
- 1 cup Ortega salsa – thick & chunky (medium)
- Slice link sausage and cook in a skillet until brown, stirring frequently. Add eggs, stirring constantly.
- Stir in canned corn (drained) and cooked rice. Spoon onto flour tortillas and roll or fold to enclose the filling. Serve with salsa.
