Mini Banana Splits

Ingredients

  • maraschino cherries
  • ice cream
  • whip cream
  • chopped peanuts or nonpareils
  • bananas
  • melted chocolate

Directions:

  • Cut bananas into 1″ sections.
  • For easy handling leave the peel on and hollow out a well in the center of each section with a melon baller.
  • Dip in the melted chocolate the bottoms of the sections and dip in chopped peanuts or nonpareils. Freeze for 5 minutes.
  • Fill with ice cream and top with whip cream and a maraschino cherry.
